1- Close the mouth! Remember nasal breathing is the goal!
2- Back to bed BUT Tummy to play! Find the fun in tummy time!
3- Pacifiers are just a tool, try to transition away from them by 6 months and avoid using them for the entire sleep cycle.
4- Nursing should not hurt- if you have pain, get help!
5- Take care of YOU! Parenting is tough! Make sure you are taking care of yourself so that you can care for your little one!
